APPLICATION AND AFA TALENT NETWORK

a. Profiles of AFA Talents

AFA Talents meet the following three criteria:

CRITERION No. 1: Job Search

You are currently looking for a job or plan to do so in the very near future. You are at the beginning of your job search.

CRITERION No. 2: Function / Sector

You are a woman with expertise in a specific field or sector and have more than 7 years of professional experience.

CRITERION No. 3: Motivation

You are motivated to join a community of women leaders. You demonstrate a commitment to your personal and professional development.

b. Application

Any candidate who meets the criteria listed above can become an AFA Talent through the recommendation of another AFA Talent or a close network to the AFA network if her application meets a client need of the AFA network.

c. Talent / AFA Relationship

AFA support is free for Talents who join the network, and includes:

  • A personalized relationship between the Talent and the AFA team (including via a dedicated WhatsApp channel)

  • Matchmaking with companies for key positions

  • Access to a community of brilliant women

  • Events, masterclasses, and networking opportunities

  • Content

Each Talent commits to honoring AFA's regulations, specifically:

  • Responsiveness in relations with AFA

  • Debriefing during and after interviews with AFA partner companies

  • Visibility on the job search outside the AFA network

  • Referring profiles that meet the eligibility criteria

CONTACTS

a. Contact with other Talents

If a Talent wishes to contact another Talent she does not know, we rely on the courtesy of each.

b. Request for introduction to another Talent

Talents can ask the AFA team at any time to be put in touch with another Talent; we will always do so with pleasure.

c. Sharing contact information

Unless expressly requested otherwise, AFA Talents agree that their contact information (first name, last name, title, company, LinkedIn profile, and email address) may be shared with other AFA Talents, particularly during physical meetings, as well as with AFA client companies once consent is given by the Talent in question. Talents who do not wish to share all or part of their contact information must send their request by email to hello@afemaleagency.com.

d. Contact with the AFA team

For any notification, question, or comment, each Talent can contact the AFA team at any time by email at hello@afemaleagency.com. We will respond as soon as possible.

MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

a. Image rights

Each Talent authorizes AFA to use her image on all media and to film her during meetings. AFA is entirely free to transfer the rights of this authorization to all partners of its choice, especially to channels and broadcasters. Consequently, and in accordance with the provisions relating to image rights and name rights, each Talent authorizes the capturing, reproducing, and public communication of images taken during AFA events. Talents who do not wish to share their image must send their request by email to hello@afemaleagency.com.

b. Intellectual property

Talents cannot use any element that falls under the intellectual property of AFA (brand, logo, slogan, graphic charter, internal documents, etc.) without prior agreement from AFA.

c. Confidentiality

In accordance with AFA's values, each AFA Talent commits to strictly respecting the confidentiality of information disclosed and shared during meetings. This information is confidential and should not be disclosed outside the AFA network (not even to your partner, if applicable).

d. Data protection

Becoming a Talent implies acceptance of the AFA Privacy Policy, freely accessible on the website: https://www.afemaleagency.com/politique-de-confidentialite

e. Responsibility

The AFA team cannot be held responsible in the event of non-compliance by Talents with the provisions mentioned above, including but not limited to, the disclosure of confidential information by one or more Talents.

f. Disputes

In the event of a conflict, all means will be employed to try to find an amicable agreement to resolve the dispute. If the parties are unable to reach an amicable agreement, the dispute submitted to French law will be under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the registered office of AFA.
